My Big Boss is a pro - but that is definately a no. I guess that's it, that was my last college try at trying to make my current job work. I guess I'm going to have to make a bigger effort at applying at other libraries. I'm so ambivalent about leaving, but between the hiring freeze, the 'voluntary reduction in hours' all-staff request and the giant torpedo of a cost saving measure that would have given me some satisfaction career-wise I guess that means I'm done.
